Provide a new tag because many people want it. No sure what changed
since v1.2.0 (explore the git history), but this is mostly about
UBI/UBIFS tools changes. According to Josh Boyer, nandwrite is broken
because the MEMSETOOBSEL ioctl no longer exists in the kernel.
