From 44dd0f5732b466a6e4d2a9b3aad1678f43f061af Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Sean Christopherson Date: Fri, 2 Aug 2024 11:19:35 -0700 Subject: [PATCH] KVM: x86: Suppress userspace access failures on unsupported, "emulated" MSRs Extend KVM's suppression of userspace MSR access failures to MSRs that KVM reports as emulated, but are ultimately unsupported, e.g. if the VMX MSRs are emulated by KVM, but are unsupported given the vCPU model.
