Pull iommufd fixes from Jason Gunthorpe:
 "Two fixes for the selftests:

   - CONFIG_IOMMUFD_TEST needs CONFIG_IOMMUFD_DRIVER to work

   - The kconfig fragment sshould include fault injection so the fault
     injection test can work"
