xfs: set *stat=1 after iroot realloc

Source kernel commit: 0d309791bdc0a92f1db5dfc171d884a6b8583702

If we make the inode root block of a btree unfull by expanding the
root, we must set *stat to 1 to signal success, rather than leaving
it uninitialized.
