Pull parisc updates from Helge Deller:

 - added an optimized hash implementation for parisc (George Spelvin)

 - C99 style cleanups in iomap.c (Amitoj Kaur Chawla)

 - added breaks to switch statement in PDC function (noticed by Dan
   Carpenter)
