docs: driver-api: media: zoran: replace SOFT HYPHEN character

Replace the occurences of the following character:

	- U+00ad ('­'): SOFT HYPHEN
	  as ASCII HYPHEN is preferred over SOFT HYPHEN

At least with some fonts, a SOFT HYPHEN is displayed as
a blank space.
