Pull s390 fixes from Heiko Carstens:

 - Fix potential overlap of pseudo-MMIO addresses with MIO addresses

 - Fix stack unwinder test case inline assembly compile error that
   happens with LLVM's integrated assembler

 - Update defconfigs
