staging: kpc2000: introduce usage of __packed

staging: kpc2000: introduce usage of __packed

Replaced __attribute__((packed)) with __packed. Both ways of attributing
are equivalent, but being shorter, __packed should be preferred.
This refactoring makes the core more readable.
