x86: pgtable: convert to use tlb_remove_ptdesc()

x86: pgtable: convert to use tlb_remove_ptdesc()

The x86 has already been converted to use struct ptdesc, so convert it to
use tlb_remove_ptdesc() instead of tlb_remove_table().
