Revert "arm64: dts: imx93-tqma9352-mba93xxla: enable Open Drain for MDIO"

Using the MDIO pins with Open Drain causes spec violations of the
signals. Revert the changes.

This reverts commit 315d7f301e234b99c1b9619f0b14cf288dc7c33f.
