Revert "net/rds: Reduce memory footprint in rds_sendmsg"

This reverts commit d7e95bf4ed7e ("net/rds: Reduce memory footprint in
rds_sendmsg") because RDS has implemented N sge to support large fragment
size, with each sge of PAGE_SIZE.
