devicetree: phy: rockchip-emmc optional add vendor prefix

Update the documentation and add the vendor prefix to the optional
properties referred in vendor-prefixes.yaml.
Follow up with

commit a8cef928276bb ("phy: rockchip-emmc: output tap delay dt property")
