maple_tree: use ma_dead_node() in mte_dead_node()

maple_tree: use ma_dead_node() in mte_dead_node()

Utilize ma_dead_node() in mte_dead_node().  It can prevent decoding the
maple enode for a second time.  Use the "node" to find parent for
comparison.
