zram: default to lzo-rle instead of lzo

zram: default to lzo-rle instead of lzo

lzo-rle gives higher performance and similar compression ratios to lzo.

Testing with 80 browser tabs showed a 27% reduction in total time spent
(de)compressing data during swapping.
