rcu/rcutorture: Use call_rcu_hurry() where needed

rcu/rcutorture: Use call_rcu_hurry() where needed

call_rcu() changes to save power will change the behavior of rcutorture
tests. Use the call_rcu_hurry() API instead which reverts to the old
behavior.
